Zero Project 2019

“Our mission is working for a world with zero barriers. Worldwide, the Zero Project finds and shares models that improve the daily lives and legal rights of all persons with disabilities.” – Zero Project

In February of this year, our Executive Director, Tim Ames and our Project Manager, Nicola Dunne had the privilege of attending Zero Project 2019 alongside our Access RDSP partners, British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society (BCANDS). This experience was second to none – participants from 83 countries gathered at the United Nations Vienna to discuss how they’re working each and every day to secure the rights of people with disabilities.

Check out the video below of Tim Ames speaking at the Conference’s Parallel Session: “Making Everyday Life Inclusive”
