Personal Support Network Facilitation Online Course

In our Personal Support Network Facilitation (PSNF) course, you will learn how to build personal support networks for people facing social isolation due to disability, illness, or old age, in order to help them thrive in their community. This course is designed for professionals supporting people with disabilities such as social workers, independent facilitators, as well as caregivers and parents.
This 6-week, self-paced course will provide you with the tools and skills that you need to become a Personal Support Network Facilitator. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
